Q: What is your "service" fee?
A: We do not charge a service fee just to show up to your house. We are happy you chose us and confident that our price is fair enough that we will get most jobs with our up front pricing.
Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your work?
A: There is a two year warranty minimum on parts and labor for all of our services. Some items like solar and panel changes come with a lot longer warrantee.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes. Our CSLB contractor license number is C-10 101680. We have a licensed journeyman on every jobsite. We do sometimes bring an apprentice on the jobsite as to continue training the future of our industry. We will provide our license to you happily if you ask us. We carry it on us.
Do you make night, weekend and holiday service calls?
Yes we do. We do not charge extra for these as well. Power does not go out at a convenient time. We want you to know that we are here for you when you need us. If it is a minor issue we will try to schedule it during normal business hours, but if you have power not working, circuits not performing, or if you lose power to your router we know how important this can be.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we work with several finance companies, mostly for energy efficient upgrades like solar and electric vehicle charging systems all the way up to a complete home rewire. Just ask and its free to see if you qualify and does not affect your credit score.
